Robert R. Wells, special agent in charge of the Charlotte FBI Field Office, most recently served as a deputy assistant director in the Counterintelligence Division at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. He has managed various sections within both the Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism Divisions, where he was responsible for international and domestic terrorism investigations and managed the Weapons of Mass Destruction, special events, criminal, national security, and intelligence programs. He will speak at Denver/Lake Norman Rotary at its August 31st meeting.
