This week promises to be action packed and like the Race for Philanthropy invitation culminating in a Derby Night with big hats and a big impact. I am so excited to share this amazing evening with you all and cannot wait to see the immeasurable good that will come from this event and the contributions it will make to the giving arm of our organization, the Club Foundation, so that our Rotary can support and uplift our community.
Thank you so much to the team leaders and every one of you who have been working and donating your time and energy to make this event a reality. Thank you also for the sponsorships, donations and auction items.
A very special thank you to Ross and Michelle for the superhuman effort that they have put into creating and making Race for Philanthropy possible. Each time I have been in contact with Ross this week (well, actually for weeks and weeks and weeks) he has been tirelessly working his event magic and doing everything he can to make this a spectacular and successful evening.
Thank you all so very, very much!
Please attend the meeting this Wednesday to continue our training and plan to help with set up and tear down. Let’s do all we can to support and make this a winning event with a big, big, big impact!
Kind Regards,
Trudie
