The District 7670 Conference is being held at the Embassy Suites in downtown Asheville this year on May 9th and 10th. A combination of ten Denver/Lake Norman Rotarians and their spouses have already signed up to attend. It was recently announced that Day Passes will be available for either Friday or Saturday for those that cannot attend on both days. If you have not already signed up and would like to attend, please click the following link for more info: https://dacdb.com/login.cfm?EventID=77776329&UserID=800350718 or see me or AG Andie Taylor for details.
One week from this Friday our Rotary will be partnering with Bosch and Drake Trucking for an Earth Day Beautification Project at Amy's House. Please help Hailey Cornwell who is organizing this project by contributing your time, supplies or dollars. Additional details can be found below.
Also, our next Rotary social is coming up on Saturday, May 3rd where we will be celebrating both the Kentucky Derby and Cinco de Mayo. See the invitation below. Thanks to Michelle and Andy Busch for hosting what promises to be a fun event.
I look forward to seeing you all at St. Peters on Wednesday. Ross Bulla and I will each be sharing some information about ourselves as we restart a Rotary initiative to help our group to get to know its members better.
