Yes, on October 23rd we will celebrate our club's 1995 founding. We have accomplished so much with 29 years of service to Denver, Lincoln County and beyond.
Thank you to President-elect Trudie Crawford for filling in for me last week, allowing Jeane and I to support the local businesses in Highlands, NC which was not hit nearly as hard as many other communities in western North Carolina.
Coming up on Sunday, October 27 is our next Rotary social where we will celebrate Oktoberfest and raise funds for PolioPlus - mark your calendars for this special event at Jim and Debbie Perry's barn.
This Wednesday our speaker will be Davin Madden, Lincoln County Manager. It should be a super interesting presentation. I look forward to seeing everyone then.

Claudia spoke at the October 16th meeting. Her organization, a 501(c)3 is run entirely by volunteers providing safe fences and cozy dog houses for hundreds of dogs.
