President's Message

Hello, Denver/Lake Norman Rotarians!

December is rolling right along and before you know it, 2024 will begin! A few things to remember - tomorrow Tuesday December 12 from 5-8ish, there is a gathering at Your Wine Stop in Denver where we will meet in the spirit of just spending time together. Bring an appetizer or dessert to share and don that ugly Christmas sweater!  (Ok - it doesn’t have to be ugly - just festive) and let’s raise a glass (or two) to 2023!

This is the last newsletter for 2023 so I want to wrap it up with some words of gratitude for all that has taken place in the past six months. The amount of dedication and commitment displayed by each of you have made my role as President so easy thus far.  I have asked people to contribute in ways that may have been out of their comfort zone and the outcomes have yielded quality results.  I want to thank everyone who has stepped up to serve, but the next half of the year will be busy. So if you haven’t been able to join in, please consider doing so. Also, looking into 2024-2025 consider where you may want to participate to make Craig’s term easy, fun, and productive.

Have a wonderful holiday season with friends and relatives.  Enjoy this season of reflection.  Reset and recharge from a busy 2023.  Most of all know that you are a part of this beyond loving and generous Denver/Lake Norman Rotary family!

With much love!

Andie
